To insert a picture after you've uploaded it to imageshack copy the bottom link "Direct link to image" and enclose it between brackets in the Message: area of your post. Like this:

You can post as many pictures as you want in 1 post this way. If you have just 1 picture to post, you can simply paste the link into the "Optional Image URL:" box.
