Ending first. The price isn't very relevant until the final minute. Who knows, there may be something just about to end that has slipped through without anyone noticing it. I also do a sort with BIN (Buy it Now) items to see if there is anything at an attractive instant purchase price that I may want to grab before someone else sees it.
