I posted yesterday of a different version of a $1 Gold River chip. A LCV that is not in the TCR. I got very nice responses and some interesting.

I sit here every day and read the board as many others do and pass over all the bickering that goes on, yet when I make a post about a different variation of a chip (I do believe that is what this board is for) I dont get a reply like yes thanks and that needs to be documented. I was told to contact the authors of the TCR book thanks to Pete Klinger. I dont have Allan Myers or Michael Knapp's e-mail addresses to send this off to them. Do they look at the board every day?

I think there needs to be a better process in place other then not only posting on the BB for other members to know, but an online form to fill out and a place where it can be stored to be reviewed by the Allan's and Greg's to look at.

If you are going to record all these various varieties of chips for one you have to do it for all casino chips. The book has H&C(LCV) listed as a Mold Type.

I was also told that these 2 chips are the same, yet you can see they are not. I think knowing that there is another chip from that casino or any other casino that is different is important for not just me but to others as well.

Should this not have a TCR number assigned to this and if so how would I know its being done?
