I am not making a commentary on the current Board, as it would be no different with them or any Board.

The concern with the Board taking any summary action against any one member, WITHOUT DUE PROCESS, is a great danger, in my mind.

I don't think we want the Board to be the police, jury and judge in such matters.

We (the Club) have a process, perhaps someone has a mind to use it.
