I too have used the pages, 30 pocket and the old REX red no inserts chip bleed, chipcos bleed red (some do not) all others do not. I have tested and stored my collection foe a long time. Norman, I've been collecting since early 70's, those that bleed will bleed. Its not so much the plastic as the chip itself. The chipcos bleed into themselves, the eldorado in reno bleed into themselves, and also the north shore casino in tahoe, with the same manufactured chips bleed into themselves Red $5 to Wh $1.
