Scanned below are both sides of a 50 denomination chip from the Sociedade De Jogos of Macau casino. The inlay of the left image is a hologram and the lighting of the scanner has brought out the reflective lettering, and somewhat suppressed the regular lettering of the casino name.
However, what I really find interesting are the clear cut-outs for the four suits in the mold area. They are not empty, but rather are filled with a clear, see-thru plastic. In the scan on the right I have placed a sheet of blue paper behind the chip to show the see-thru effect.
I am not sure who makes the chip, but my guess would be Huxley. Sure is an interesting effect!
Thanks for looking,
Jim
