I think I would give him neutral if anything, and probably would just not leave him any feedback at all.

I recently won an auction for 3 chips, two of which were fantasy chips. This I should have checked on, but she put "casino chips" in the auction title...so I assumed... *LOL*

I didn't leave her any feedback at all, but did send her a email telling her that I thought it sucked that she listed two chips that were fantasy chips as "casino" chips. In fact, the listing was much more definite that they were real casino chips.

She has been selling long enough to know better, she had lots and lots of feedbacks, like 98% positive, and over 1K of them. I got no response at all to my email. I chalked it up to "I shoulda known better", but left her no feedback at all (so far).
