I've dealt with a lot of very good dealers (win or lose it is a positive experience when you have a good dealer-regardless of the game). But the funnest experiences occur when you have a really bad dealer.
When harrah's in joliet was still an actual boat, I sat at a blackjack table and the dealer dealt out the cards showing her down card each time. I thought she was cheating with someone, but the people at the table changed routinely, and then i became concerned that someone would think it was me. After about 30 min, the cruise ended, and they changed dealers. I caught the eye of the pit boss and asked if he realized what was happening. He did, it was her very first cruise, ands they were going to correct it. I asked why they didn't do something earlier, and he honestly told me, that I was the only person who won, ecerybody else was losing, a lot, and I only won $20. I felt like a goof (I had honestly tried not to take advantage of knowing what her down card was-I have never made that mistake again).
