Is there a way that I can be notified via my regular email address ablack2@optonline.net when I have a message received by a seller in ebay's My Ebay Messages?

I often do not visit MyEbay for several days and miss messages that are stored there. On several occassions when I ask sellers a question ... they seem to respond almost immediately as if they were notified by some other means there was an Ebay message for them.
