reveals that the Tropical Casino is located in the Hotel Morazon in San Jose, Costa Rica. It sounds a bit seedy, but it's not clear. They do use chips with both dollars and colones. I still don't know if this chip is from there, or when. I do know that the chip on Fran's site says Costa Rica on it, so I might guess that the chip shown below is older, but who knows?
