Gosh, now I'm really confused.

So, if I understand it correctly, if you upgrade to Adobe v8.0 you can view the records but can not print the records, is this correct? This is confusing because the Adobe Reader 8.0 page states "view, print and search PDF files" so a person with v8.0 should be able to print the PDF pages.

When I'm trying to view the records I'm not in 'THUMBNAIL' view.

I have sent emails to Adobe trying to find how I can upgrade to v8.0 without upgrading Windows, do not think I'll have much luck but if I don't try then then I may lose out.
