admission fee?

I was under the impression that you couldn't charge to enter a place if you were gambling. I saw some article about the strip club downtown, they couldn't charge a cover to slot players.

It may have changed, there may be an exception, I may have gotten it wrong. But $20 just to enter and have the priv. to gamble, sheesh.
