I am not really happy with this new policy.
It was always interesting to know who overbid me, or who buys
the plaques I am also interesting in.
But on the other hand, no one can see when I overbid him.

I think knowing the bidders was better.
Does anyone know what eBay meens with "In certain cases"?
What are the cases?
