Yes it is. However much the shrinkage from the wild promise, the changes were for the better. ARCHIE or some AC'er might provide additional insight; I understand that Sun spent a bundle on their Bahama casino and that they were also concerned about what was going to happen to the Boardwalk with other properties as well as the Marina changes.
