Charles: I like your grading system better than mine...though I put in a system years ago only for my own benefit. Before a trade is completed, I pull my chip and describe it in words to the other person. But my internal guide is UNC [Uncirculated--straight from the cage or table w/o play]; AU [Almost Uncirculated = sharp edge, no wear]; CIR [Circulated; some wear]; WORN [Obvious description]; DAM [Damaged]. I put these here now so those that see these initials on my home page know what I am trying to say. I'll have my kid add the explanation some time.
