... program and plan to use it a lot between now and the convention tournament! <g> True enough that strategy for live play is not always the same as would be the case for tournament play, but the basics of the game don't change and the Wilson program gives reasonably good advice for most hands/plays. Also keeps stats for you, including variations from their recommendations, how much you've won or lost, average value per hand played, etc. For a novice like me, it's a big help.

Maybe more experienced players (Andy or Gene?) have a better feel for it. Anyway, I like it and may buy the tournament version, too.
