"What is PowerPlay?

For an extra $1 per play on your Powerball ticket, you'll have a chance to multiply your winnings up to five times the original amount on all non-jackpot prizes. Powerball prizes from $3 to $200,000 can be multiplied 2, 3, 4, or 5 times their value. You could win as much as $1,000,000 by activating the PowerPlay feature!

How it works

At the start of the Powerball drawings, a PowerPlay multiplier number (2, 3, 4 or 5) is selected at random. If you win a prize on your Powerball ticket, and have an active PowerPlay, you've just multiplied your prize by that amount!

For example, if you win $7 on Powerball, and the PowerPlay multiplier is 3, you've won $21 ($7 x 3 = $21). So, buy Powerball with PowerPlay for a chance at bigger prizes!"
