I have tried on several occasions over several days to try and get into or use the Illeglas site on the CCGTCC. I am fine till I get to the Adobe part (which I have), and it would start and freeze up, over and over. Now the adobe stuff won't even come up or open.

I am doing it correctly, and have gone over the instructions provided in the site as well. If anybody else is having difficulty I would like to know.
