I am an ebay seller and one time someone left me an undeserved negative feedback and were livid at me. However a few days later I sent them an email to ask if they would kindly retract the negative mutually through ebay and they were as nice as could be about it. Go figure! I figured with someone like that it was worth it to keep my 100% feedback rating intact. Very frustrating though!
