One of my best friends ( a retired school teacher and poker player) that lives there, called the PC last week. They admited on the phone that they have new chips. She asked in she could get in. They told her, only if she is a member. She says "send me an application" They say " Only if you are refered my another member.

BTW, did you see the newspaper article and chip I posted a couple of weeks ago. They were from a raid on an illegal club in a high rise apartment building in Hawaii.
