I know that in Britain there is a waiting period to "join" a casino that is 2 or 3 days (?). Is there such a policy in France. I have some friends heading for Paris and they want to know whether they have to "apply" for membership or whether they can just walk in and play. Would appreciate some feedback on this. Thanks. Doug
