That very well could be. The condition is far too good to be from a recent visit. Many of the places use the chips to the point that they have to place color codes next to the tables to identifiy to the players what color of chip equals what denomination as the hot stamps are no longer visible. I will no for certain either later this week, or next week, depending upon the weather here this time of the year.
