Jim; Everyone who reads this bb regularly, knows how much I'm against a NUMERICAL grading system. However, your verbal descriptions of grades for chips makes a lot of sense to me and does not lead to grading by the numbers, that are arbitrarily assigned by individuals, and which are subject to wide interpretations and potential abuses.

I could, and would, support such a chip grading system that you have proposed. However, if such a system were to be adopted by the club, a similar system would have to be developed for tokens as well, in my opinion.
