I ship there all the time. It costs 76 cents to ship a chip in a bubble mailer to Canada. The postage is 63 cents plus a 13 cent surcharge for a rigid object (fat charge) so it doesn't get machined. I always charge $1 for Canada shipments when I sell chips on eBay.
