Chips in a similar (if not identical) style to the one shown, but with denoms, were designed to be used at the Vince Neil tourny. The design was turned down by gaming and regular HR NCV's were used instead. The chips were shown on a flyer somewhere but I dont know if they were ever made.
I guess they made chips without the denoms to give out. I have a set somewhere. 5 different I think.
