By getting approval from gaming for the Puma chip this makes it a real casino chip. as far as i am aware there has been no redemption notice put out on any HRLV chips so every one they have ever issued is valid and can be played or redeemed at the cage including the Puma's

The Vince Neill one i believe was simply given out to players as a souvenir of the tournament i'm pretty sure it wasnt issued by the HR.
