Captain ..... I see a building fund with NO end date or plan.

How much do you need to open?

I would think at least 500 thousand, to own a place! Then maintenance, cooling costs, tax's.

What do you do to off-set these costs?

Why don't we just build a space ship so that we can get to the nearest star, to make a wish.

Its great to have a dream ....... but it comes a
point where you have to wake uP.
