Who decides on the release date? And do they all
In Response To: You do not understand ()

have to be released at the same time.

If 3000 were made, could they let out a hundred at a time, or must they release them all, at the same time.

Also if a chip is released that sells on Ebay for good bucks, why would gaming allow more to be made after the first release?

This does'nt seem right?
