We all say/post things that seem right at the time, and that we latter regret. (You ain't the first, nor anywhere near the last.)
Everybody ALWAYS takes EVERYTHING way too seriously.
The sun will probably still come up tomorrow, just like it did today, in spite of your gross stupidity. 
If you think you were right when you posted, then you're still right, no matter what anyone else says.
