Tom,

If memory serves me well, Burt would have made the blanks for hot stamping, as well as the inlayed chips. The distributor, A.B.P. Jaymeyer would have hot stamped the chips. Since two different parties were "manufacuring" (Burt for the inlay's and A.B.P. for the hot stamps) that could account for the differences as well. I will try to find the manufacture date.
