a couple drinks and world class spaghetti...Pretty weird huh?

When I was a senior in high school I had this girl friend from Patterson New Jersey that was going to Huron College. She had a 100% Italian Father and a 50% Italian-Black Mother. The end result was beauty beyond belief, at least in my eyes.

She taught me much about cooking but one night we went out to "Davi's" in Huron and had Spaghetti. It didn't meet her approval. Later she showed me how to make her, "Shelby's NJ Spaghetti Sauce." It's a whole day of slicing, dicing, and chopping, but HOLY COW...Is it worth it!!!

Beyond belief, so that's it for tonight..
