Yes, both are notched. Maybe there were two orders placed or the one order was divided between high denominations (1 Pound and up, with inlays) and lower denominations that where only Hot Stamped?
Apparently the high denomination (1 Pound and up)chips were a problem because for the year that they were open they were also using the original Victoria Sporting Club chips. I've heard that from a number of sources, both customers and dealers.
