Mike Tyson appeared before a judge early this afternoon in connection with his DUI arrest at 2 a.m. Friday morning. The former heavyweight champ was released without bail and charged with one count of narcotic drug possession - a felony. Under the terms of his release, the judge ordered Tyson not to leave the state of Arizona and not to possess any weapons or drink alcohol. Additionally, he cannot take drugs without a prescription, must check in with a pre-trial service officer later today and be forced to take drug and alcohol tests. Law enforcement sources told reporters that after Tyson was stopped, the former fighter was cooperative and acted like a gentleman and admitted that he had been using illegal drugs over the last few days. According to court documents, cops claim they found: "two bags of a white powder substance in his back left pocket. In addition a bag was located on the driver seat in a Marlboro cigarettes pack." Drug tests revealed that Tyson was "under the influence of a depressant, stimulant and cannabis." The report also went on to say that the former fighter admitted to the arresting officer of possessing the bags of cocaine and said he: "uses anytime he can get his hands on it," and that he: "is an addict and has a problem."
