I am simply attempting to validate this population statement since I don't know how anyone would know what specific chips another collector would have in their respective collection(s)around the globe ... or how many.

Not all collectors of Puerto Rico chips (or any chips for that matter) are on-line ... and many collectors who are on-line do not frequent this message board... or may choose not to respond to this post if they read it ... but I figured this was the best place to ask.
