Hello:

Can anyone ID this chip? And now...Stupid Question Time...What is the difference between an inlay chip and a crest & seal chip? Which is this? (BTW, the yellow part of the chip isn't crackled, it is just a lousy scan job. Better than yesterday's scan though!)
