One of the ways some ebayers make ther money is from the shipping (some not all). There is a antique dealer near me whose wife sells books on ebay, the books go for about a buck, and they charge dumb amounts for shipping.

Sometimes when the shipping is high they are including their ebay costs and maybe their insurance in with the shipping.
