I have the image rotated to four likely positions. What the heck is this? Is it a country with a round border? Panama, Australia, or ???? Any help would be appreciated. The hot stamp is black even though it is somewhat reflective. The mold is 2SQDI [Caro & Fils] any help on the possible age or location would be greatly appreciated.
