I do not believe we can 'police' designers, manufacturers or sellers, be they club members or otherwise.
I would not support any action to do same.
Maybe you are not aware that the 'policing' aspect as you presented it has been considered by the club in the past and I could hear the 'restraint of trade' alarm bells from over here
On the other subject of misleading descriptions involving club members, the club has a claims procedure in place to deal with this. Unless a buyer feels he has been misled once a transaction is completed then there is nothing that can be done. Need I say more?
