There seems to be a steady stream of these on eBay lately. I have no idea how many of these chips this guy has, so I wouldn't go crazy on them. These chips were found 6 years sgo along with The Farm $1 white chip. They were selling at $80 a pop bck then and then started declining. Looks like they are still giving ground.
