Texas-Pacific & the Apollo Group bid for $16.7 billion was approved by Harrah's BOD which took that offer over a higher Penn National Gaming bid.

I hope this doesn't alter Harrah's basic customer strategies but I'll know soon when I make my reservations for Convention time.
