OK..."clearly implying that the chip is a casino chip for [sic] the Silver Bird." That is what it clearly implies. I agree with you there. However, it doesn't state that it was ever used in the casino or when it was produced.
Deceptive chip auctions tend to have much more detailed descriptions. That is just not the case here. The onus is not on the seller, but on the buyer who needs to do his research.
