May I ask where/how you or someone has arrived at this "Mint State 95" designation. As far as I know, "Mint State" (MS) has been applied only to struck coins, medals, and tokens .... not chips. Chips are not "struck". May I also respectfully inquire as to which grading authority has this chip been submitted to arrive at a "MS 95" grade? Archie
