He recently found 22 Crest & Seal chips in the Newport, KY area.
They have a Black "1" within a Black "baseball diamond", a white inlay and

I have 21 different Crest & Seal chips with a numeral in a "baseball
diamond" but had not seen this one before. They were made by U.S.P.C.
in Cincinnati, OH in the 1920's-1930's.
