Why would Ebay do something about it?

I don't know that Ebay has the ability to police all the different auctions, and there nothing really wrong with the auction. He's selling a chip -- its overpriced by $9,998. If someone wants it, then fine, if not then nobody bids and the market has spoken, Ebay gets their fee, and life is good.

It is not something illegal (organs, children), or immoral (nazi stuff, etc). Its just a POS that's overpriced.
