One does not necessarily relate to the other, but no, I do not think that these items should be allowed with out ensuring that the person purchasing the item has full and complete disclosure.

I remember one of the clubs convention where a dealer was set up and the only thing that he was selling was brothel chips. Of course, none of these places had ever used these chips, and the only thing you could gamble with at these places was either your health and/or reputation, but no body said squat about it.

He even procuded a reference guide to help document what he had produced.
