It was published by Western Supply in Las Vegas. The stampbox says "Made in Italy by Kina Italia, Milan KLV-35".
It says "Exciting Las Vegas" across the top of the back, and there's an area marked off "Do not write below this line". That makes me think it might be a "retro" card...published after the pictured casinos were closed.
