This is the first year I've had an opportunity to participate in the COTY nominations and believe me, it is not an easy decision to make. With the hundreds of chips distributed last year and so many of them that might be considered in the top 25, the best I could do is just "flip a coin" so to say, to pick just five of them. As it is, I'm not even sure that the ones I picked were distributed last year. One or more may be disqualified just because I have the wrong year.

And with this years chip being even better than last, the choices are going to be even more difficult then ever.

In any case, I don't envy the individuals participating in the awarding of the COTY chip in picking just a single chip.

And, although I will be getting my list in the snail mail today (deadline the 29th of February,) I still think we who have access to to in internet, should be able to vote on-line.
