I would guess maybe $200 - $300. Problem is of course that it is a $1,000 chip. It may be very rare, might even be the only one, but no one really collects them. Sure, people will buy them if the price is right, but unlike a $5 chip, most people don't feel like "they just have to have it" in order to make their collection complete.
