Another problem is that the poker tournament is not in the same location as the Convention. Last year even though you waited in line for so long, at least you did not have to leave the Hotel. Now, before anybody says that it's (The Excalibur) ONLY across the street.........Keep in mind that it's the middle of July & will be a LONG walk to & from the Convention & the Excalibur to sign-up. It will be interesting to see how sign-ups are taken. No matter how it's done it will NOT be fair for everyone. Since the tournament was started here online last year & NEVER would have happened on such short notice if it were not for E-Mail, posts, etc.....Then YES, *I* feel there should be an online sign-up along with however else sign-ups are handled. Just because this issue was addressed last year does not mean that it should just go away! Last year there were about 77 players & with only 7 tables this year that means the most there can be is 77 again. With all the interest & the OFFline people who found out about the tournament last year you can bet there will be a good 30 or more players who will get shut out. Just some thoughts I have & in no way do I want to take anything away from the job Robert, Wayne, Gene & others have done to put this together. Andy - Las Vegas
