CNN today says the Democrats picked up at least 25 seats in the House. That makes Bill Purcell and Charles Davis tied with a prediction of 24, the greatest of all participants. For the tie breaker Bill predicted the Democrats would gain 5 seats in the Senate and Charles said 6. To resolve this I am going to get technical. Even if both Montana and Virginia end up with Democratic wins, then the the gain would be 5, because the Party lost Connecticut to "Independent" Lieberman. Bill is the winner.
